This is surely the best small hotel with nice and absolutely kind staff. Luxurious rooms. - the breakfast is excellent and great, offered with juices, homemade breads, and Sicilian pastries. - Location is unbeatable, close to a beautifully renovated Renaissance palace and the pedestrian street.

I had an exceptional stay at a lovely, gracious family palazzo. The location was excellent, allowing me to easily explore all the sights in Palermo. The room I stayed in was well-appointed, quiet, and had a beautiful balcony. The breakfast served by the family's maid was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. During my Easter stay at this hotel, I was impressed by how well-decorated and stylish it was. It had a warm ambiance that made me feel immediately at home. the hotel's perfect location provided easy access to the city's best restaurants and attractions. One of my favorite aspects of this hotel was its excellent self-catering options.
There were a few downsides to my stay. there were some steep stairs that made it difficult for me to carry my luggage up and down.

The staff was friendly and helpful during our new year stay. We enjoyed the complementary map and instructions for using public transportation. The breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options. they offered a tour of the building which was interesting and informative.
The location was difficult to get to and we had trouble finding parking. The rooms were not very soundproof and we were disturbed by noise from other guests late at night.
